Having already secured their place in the semi-finals, defending champions FC Goa will take on NorthEast United FC in their final Group B fixture of the AIFF Super Cup on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Fatorda Stadium in Goa. The match kicks off at 7:30 PM IST.
What was initially considered one of the toughest groups in the tournament has been dominated by FC Goa, who made qualification look effortless. The defending champions became the first team to book a semi-final spot after registering consecutive victories over Jamshedpur FC and Inter Kashi.
For NorthEast United, however, the campaign has been one of frustration. Despite their promising performances, the reigning Durand Cup champions failed to convert draws into wins. Their 2-0 lead against Jamshedpur in the previous match slipped away after conceding late, forcing them to settle for another draw and bringing their Super Cup run to a disappointing end.
